Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nanik mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Nanik.

1. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and children

The Service is intended for use by adults, such as parents or guardians. You are responsible for any child profile information you provide and for supervising a child's use of the Service.

3. Accounts

Where the Service offers sign-in (for example, Sign in with Apple), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account.

4. Content and features

Stories and narration are generated using automated systems. Output may not always be accurate or suitable for every situation. You remain responsible for how you use and share generated content.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing in-app subscriptions processed by Apple or Google. Prices and billing periods are shown at purchase time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store > Subscriptions on iOS). Payment is charged to your platform account at confirmation of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, cloud, AI, speech, and analytics). Their processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties where allowed by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
